Pickin’ on Polluters VI…another great event together!

Gypsy Ramblers

Pickin’ on Polluters VI…another great event together!

January 24, 2024 Rockwool

Our Pickin’ on Polluters VI fundraiser co-hosted by JCV and the Eastern Panhandle Green Coalition (EPGC) November 12 at Alma Bea Restaurant was a rousing success!

Sam Jannotta kicked things off with a music set along with Bill Unger and Jesse Schultzaberger. They were followed by Wayne Snow and Howling at the Earth. The Gypsy Ramblers, brought it home with their usual lively set. We thank all these fine musicians for donating their time and talents along side sound producer Mike Finlay. Our ever popular silent auction was a huge success with over 20 baskets of goodies donated by local individuals and businesses (listed below.)

As a special feature, a teaser trailer was shown for a documentary being produced on Rockwool. Stay tuned for more from the filmmakers, and a look at the trailer if you were unable to attend.

We are grateful to our host Alma Bea, and the many volunteers who made the event a success – and all who attended!
