Catherine Jozwik

Catherine and her husband moved to Jefferson County 18 years ago. Like many who work in the greater DC metro region, she was attracted to the area for superb quality of life provided in the Eastern Panhandle. As a scientist who has studied pulmonary disorders for decades, she is concerned about the impact of Rockwool emissions on local air quality, particularly its effect on schoolchildren and residents near the factory. She has served as the Concerned Citizens Against Rockwool Events Chairperson since August 2018 and is Co-President of the Eastern Panhandle Green Coalition.
