Local Opportunities to Serve

Do you want to have a more active role in local government? One way you can help make a positive impact in your community is to volunteer in public service.

Positions to serve become available sporadically throughout the year for local County and Municipal Councils, Boards and Committees. Organizations publish information regarding these opportunities on various web pages, social media sites and newspaper advertisements. JCV is compiling the latest information regarding these appointments throughout Jefferson County and will post all open positions on this webpage. This page was last updated on September 19, 2022.
